NRC Health CEO Trent Green named interim principal financial officer

NRC Health has designated its Chief Executive Officer, Trent Green, to serve as the company's interim principal financial officer. The board of directors made the designation on October 14, 2026, as disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The filing states that there were no compensation changes associated with Mr. Green's appointment to the interim role. NRC Health, a Delaware corporation headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, confirmed that no arrangements or understandings existed between Mr. Green and any other person regarding the appointment. The company also noted that Mr. Green holds no direct or indirect material interest in any transaction requiring disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.

Trent Green, 54, has served as NRC Health's Chief Executive Officer since June 2025. His career in healthcare management includes previous leadership roles at Amazon One Medical, a hybrid primary care provider owned by Amazon. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Amazon One Medical from September 2023 to February 2025 and held the position of Chief Operating Officer from July 2022 through August 2023.

Before joining Amazon One Medical, Mr. Green spent several years at Legacy Health, a nonprofit healthcare system. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2022, previously acting as President of Emanuel Medical Center between 2017 and 2019. His tenure at Legacy Health began earlier in his career when he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer from 2008 to 2017.

Mr. Green's professional background extends to management consulting, where he worked for Tiber Group/Navigant Consulting, now known as Guidehouse, from 1999 to 2008. The Form 8-K was signed by Mr. Green on October 19, 2026, on behalf of NRC Health.
