FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (NASDAQ: FFR) finalized its acquisition of Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc.'s (NASDAQ: FFAI) robotics business on October 23, 2026. The transaction was settled with the issuance of common shares and non-voting convertible preferred shares to Smart Technology Holdings Ltd., an FFAI subsidiary. FFR now operates on Nasdaq as a pure-play entity focused on humanoid and bionic Physical AI robotics within a "Four-Core Full-Stack AI" ecosystem.

YT Jia was appointed CEO of FFR, with Jerry Wang serving as Executive Chairman. Chen Shi was named Lead Independent Director, and Jason E. Dodier joined as an independent director. Jia, who also serves as Global CEO of FFAI, stated he voluntarily held his cash compensation steady to align his interests with stockholders.

For the first time, FFR issued full-year 2026 guidance, projecting approximately 2,000 robot sales and shipments for the acquired business on a standalone basis. The company expects positive unit gross margins to continue. October sales and shipments are projected to exceed 300 units, a monthly record, with cumulative totals surpassing 1,100 units by the end of the month.

FFR introduced FF OmniMind, a unified AI brain integrating foundation models, motion control, and skills to support general-purpose autonomy. The security and inspection solution has entered a proof-of-concept stage with initial customers. The company continues to deliver egocentric data and is advancing large-scale data deliveries to leading AI and robotics clients.

FFR established three new collaborations to expand market reach. One agreement is with KYA GROUP, a California professional services firm. According to third-party data, KYA GROUP maintains over 1,000 government procurement records across more than 200 California public agencies. An affiliate holds a U.S. General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule contract covering 23 procurement categories. This arrangement aims to facilitate access to federal procurement markets.

A second collaboration involves California Science and Technology University and Boston International Business School, with plans to establish the BIBS-FF-CSTU Joint Robotics Lab. The third agreement is with Pinnacle, a Southern California real estate brokerage, for B2B services.

YT Jia stated that FFR believes it is the No. 1 provider of K-12 robotics education in the United States. He set goals to become the top nationwide robotics education company and rank among the top three in the Physical AI robotics industry within five years.
