ZJK Industrial Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: ZJK) subsidiaries have secured a strategic licensing arrangement with CAMCAR Innovations for the TORX portfolio. The agreement involves five specific ZJK entities operating in China and Vietnam, including Shenzhen Zhongjinke Hardware Products, Zhongke Precision Components (Guangdong), Zhongjinke Precision Parts (Sichuan), ZJK Precision Components Vietnam, and Inter Precision Components (Longyan).

ZJK manufactures high-tech precision parts and hardware for artificial intelligence infrastructure, consumer electronics, electric vehicles, aerospace, and other smart technologies. CAMCAR Innovations is identified as a global leader in engineered fastening technologies. This move expands the advanced fastening solutions available to the ZJK Entities.
