The business process outsourcing sector's move toward AI-augmented delivery is gaining ground across Southeast Asia. Miami-based Lean Solutions Group announced on Aug.
24 the acquisition of SupportZebra, a deal that carries its Philippine workforce past 2,000 employees and extends its LeanTek technology platform into automotive, fintech and health care.
SupportZebra, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Cagayan de Oro, brings more than 1,300 employees in the Philippines and Mexico combined, along with a client base of more than 40 companies.
The acquisition adds Cagayan de Oro to LSG's existing locations in Metro Manila and Cebu, completing a three-city footprint in the country.
