Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong stated on Thursday that Bitcoin could reach $400,000 by 2030. He described the figure as a reasonable target. Armstrong told CNBC on September 10 that the market has already found a bottom.
He argued that clearer regulations would unlock additional capital. He cited the CLARITY Act, White House pressure on regulators, stronger ETF demand, and Bitcoin's fixed supply of 21 million coins as key drivers.
Armstrong noted that even if the CLARITY Act did not pass the Senate in September, the US SEC and CFTC are already advancing crypto rulemaking.
This $400,000 projection is significantly lower than Armstrong's earlier prediction of $1 million by 2030.
