United States Natural Gas Fund, LP (UNG) reported net income of $30,054,525 for the month ended August 31, 2026. The fund's total income reached $30,576,081, driven primarily by an unrealized gain on the market value of commodity futures. This positive result offset a realized trading loss on commodity futures and total expenses of $521,556. Realized gains on swap contracts contributed to the income statement, while dividend and interest income added to the total.

The fund's net asset value increased to $570,973,024 at the end of the month. This rise followed additions of 10,600,000 shares and withdrawals of 4,000,000 shares. The net asset value per share stood at $10.55 for the 54,146,103 shares outstanding.
