Galaxy Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: GLXY) has launched a crypto-backed portfolio line of credit on GalaxyOne, allowing eligible U.S. clients to borrow against Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana without selling their holdings. The product provides a revolving credit facility that combines these three assets under one loan rather than requiring separate financing for each currency.
The credit line operates with a variable annual percentage rate of 8.99% and no origination fee. Borrowers begin at a 50% loan-to-value ratio and make interest-only monthly payments. GalaxyOne typically funds these loans instantly, offering proceeds in either U.S. dollars or USDC. A key feature of the facility is that staked Solana can serve as collateral without needing to be unstaked, enabling clients to retain applicable staking rewards while accessing liquidity.
Zac Prince, managing director of GalaxyOne, stated that the company is bringing a competitive borrowing product to market through its growing retail platform. He noted that Galaxy's institutional infrastructure supports the ability to offer competitive rates, security and flexibility through the new credit line.
The product is supported by Galaxy's internal institutional infrastructure rather than an external DeFi protocol. Assets used as collateral remain held by the borrower and are not lent out or reused by Galaxy while securing the loan. The facility is initially available to eligible clients in 40 U.S. states.
This launch expands GalaxyOne's services beyond trading and investment access into consumer lending. Galaxy introduced the platform in October 2025 as a unified application for crypto and stock trading. The company's lending business has previously focused on building products for institutional and high-net-worth clients, including the GOFR managed lending program launched earlier this year for institutions, accredited investors and high-net-worth individuals. The new portfolio credit line extends a similar balance-sheet function to GalaxyOne's retail audience, using BTC, ETH and SOL as collateral for cash rather than requiring asset sales.
Galaxy Digital Inc. stock is currently trading at $24.11 U.S. per share.
