Automotive Color & Supply, a portfolio company of St.
Louis-based lower-middle market private equity firm WILsquare Capital, has completed the acquisition of Ohio Paint Supply, a distributor of automotive and industrial paint.
The deal, announced July 1, 2026, adds an Ohio operation to ACS's footprint and marks another bolt-on move by a lower-middle market sponsor pursuing scale through regional consolidation in a fragmented distribution sector.
The Transaction: Adding an Ohio Distributor Ohio Paint Supply distributes automotive and industrial paint, making it a natural adjacency for Automotive Color & Supply's existing business.
