Vincent Pastore, whose portrayal of Salvatore "Big Pussy" Bonpensiero on "The Sopranos" became his defining screen credit, died at home in The Bronx at the age of 80.
His manager, Robert Attermann, confirmed the death to Fox News Digital, placing the timing as either the day before or the day of his statement.
A working actor across three decades Attermann had represented Pastore for more than 30 years before "The Sopranos" made him broadly recognizable.
