Melinda McAfee, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Victoria's Secret & Co., will leave the company effective March 31, 2027.
The retailer has initiated a search for a successor to McAfee, who has served in her current role for more than five years. The company disclosed the departure in a Form 8-K filed with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission on October 9, 2026. The filing notes that the Board of Directors thanks McAfee for her contributions during her tenure.
To manage the leadership transition, Victoria's Secret entered into a Transition and Separation Agreement with McAfee on October 7, 2026.
