Against a backdrop of investor focus on capital returns from community-sized lenders, a New Jersey bank holding company made its position clear on Wednesday.
(NASDAQ: UNTY), parent of Unity Bank, declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per common share for the third quarter, a 6% increase, payable September 17, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 3.
The Clinton, New Jersey-based company carries approximately $3.2 billion in assets and $2.5 billion in deposits.
Its branch network spans Bergen, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Ocean, Somerset, Union, and Warren counties in New Jersey, along with Northampton County in Pennsylvania, serving retail, corporate, and small business customers.
