Small-cap listed companies that assembled capital markets advisory packages during recent new-issue cycles have begun to reassess those commitments as conditions shift.
(Nasdaq: XHLD) carried out exactly that reassessment on July 20, 2026, terminating all four of its active advisory and services agreements at once and reporting a board change that took effect within days.
Four agreements unwound simultaneously The company terminated its Follow-On Offering Advisory Agreement with RyuShin Advisors LLC and its Master Services Agreement with PeakValue, LLC with immediate effect on July 20.
Two further agreements exit on staggered timelines: the Capital Market Services Agreement with Cherish Gloss Group Limited runs through a 90-day notice period, expiring October 18, 2026, and the Consultancy Agreement with Jipsy Trade Limited closes under a 30-day notice, lapsing August 19, 2026.
