Kimberly Ernzen will no longer serve as Chief Operating Officer of StandardAero, Inc., a role she is leaving effective September 28, 2026.
The company disclosed the change in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
StandardAero, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SARO, stated that Ernzen will remain employed to support leadership transition efforts through December 31, 2026.
The company expects to enter into a transition agreement with Ernzen, though the specific terms have not yet been determined.
