The reverse logistics sector is tightening its grip on retail margins as consumer expectations around post-purchase friction rise sharply.
In this environment, Miami-based ReturnPro said today it is acquiring iF Returns, a Madrid-based technology firm that manages returns for more than 200 brands across Europe.
The deal positions ReturnPro for international growth while reinforcing its domestic capabilities in a market where return policies increasingly dictate customer retention.
Consolidating the Returns Ecosystem ReturnPro, which processes more than 45 million units annually and has recovered over $5 billion for retail partners, is integrating iF Returns' front-end technology into its existing end-to-end platform.
