Retractable Technologies (NYSE American: RVP) reported $7.2 million in net sales for the three months ended June 30, 2026, down from $10.4 million in the same period a year earlier, with an operating loss of $5.1 million that matched the prior-year figure exactly.

What moved the numbers The year-over-year revenue decline was shaped less by structural demand loss and more by timing.

Management said purchasing patterns in the second quarter of 2025 were unusually concentrated, pulling flu-season EasyPoint needle orders forward into that period.
