QuasarEdge Acquisition Corporation has entered into a first amendment to its merger agreement with Robseek Intelligence Inc., modifying the structure of the transaction and clarifying shareholder rights.
The amendment, dated October 6, 2026, was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on the same day.
The original Agreement and Plan of Merger was signed on June 9, 2026, between QuasarEdge, Robseek, Robseek Limited, Robseek Inc., and QRED Merger Sub Ltd.
Meng Tang participated in the original agreement solely as the representative of Robseek Limited. The amendment introduces several key changes to the merger terms.
