entered into an at-the-market sales agreement with Craft Capital Management LLC on October 2, 2026.
Under the terms of the agreement, Craft Capital Management LLC will act as the sales agent for the offer and sale of Planet Green Holdings Corp.
The company may sell shares from time to time through or to the agent, who may act as either a sales agent or principal.
The shares are issued pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 that was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 13, 2026.
