Nintendo has reduced the digital price of Metroid Prime Remastered to $27.99 for the Switch and Switch 2, marking a 30 percent discount from its standard $39.99 tag.
The reduction is part of the company's Customer Appreciation sale, which runs through September 26th and includes discounts on various Switch games and accessories.
The remaster updates the 2002 GameCube title with modern textures and improved lighting while maintaining a smooth frame rate. Unlike the previous Wii re-release, the Switch version does not require motion controls.
Digital copies are available at Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart for $27.99. Physical versions of the game cost approximately $42 at these retailers.
