Against the backdrop of a credit market that has pushed capital-constrained hardware companies toward layered structured instruments, Interactive Strength Inc.

(Nasdaq: TRNR) disclosed on July 21, 2026, that a single accredited investor exercised Class B Incremental Warrants to fund a $2 million senior secured convertible note.

The transaction, filed with the SEC under Form 8-K, also delivered 305,810 new common-stock warrants to the investor, priced off the July 20, 2026 closing price of $3.27.
