The record behind the number The Texans' 2024 campaign did not look like a 12-5 season at the midpoint. They dropped their first three games and stood at 3-5 after Week 9.
Then the offense started to click and the defense held firm. Nine consecutive wins carried them into the postseason, where they beat the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road before losing to the New England Patriots 28-16.
