Faraday Future executes 1-for-150 reverse split to hold Nasdaq floor as robotics pivot accelerates

Minimum-bid compliance has become a recurring pressure point for micro-cap Nasdaq listings, and Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) moved to address it directly on July 24, 2026.

The Los Angeles-based Embodied AI company began trading on a post-split basis that morning after implementing a 1-for-150 reverse split of its Class A and Class B common stock, each carrying a par value of $0.0001 per share.

The action was designed to create distance from the $0.10 per-share threshold at which Nasdaq rules would trigger immediate delisting proceedings if breached for ten consecutive trading days.

A structural fix with a clear urgency The 1-for-150 ratio is aggressive, and the board was explicit about why.
