Digital Asset Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: DAAQ) has entered into a merger agreement with Titan Strategics Holdings Ltd, creating a combined entity expected to be named Renaissance Nuclear, Inc.
The transaction implies a pro-forma enterprise value of $318 million. Titan holds exploration licenses for the Billingen uranium district in Sweden, which includes the former Ranstad mine.
Titan Strategics AS, a subsidiary of the Cayman Islands-based Titan, holds two exploration permits covering approximately 207 square kilometers of land in south-central Sweden.
These licenses, granted by the Swedish Mining Inspectorate in January 2025, run through January 2028 and encompass the Ranstad mine site. Ranstad produced uranium from 1965 to 1969 before closing due to low prices.
