Against the backdrop of that unresolved status, the crypto industry is recalibrating. Executives have begun redirecting attention toward US regulators rather than waiting on a Capitol Hill resolution.
The shift reflects a sector-wide calculation: if the CLARITY Act's window closes, the administrative track becomes the working framework by default, at least through the current session.
