(Nasdaq: CSAI), a Palo Alto-based emerging growth company, disclosed on August 10, 2026 that it executed an Exchange Agreement on August 6 with Streeterville Capital, LLC, converting a $108,332.50 partitioned promissory note into 22,297 newly issued shares of Class A common stock at no additional cost to the noteholder.
The partition and what it retires The Partitioned Note was carved from a larger existing instrument: the Original Note dated June 30, 2026, carrying an original principal of $1,299,870.00.
