Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Tradias have completed a merger that places custody and trading under joint management, closing a notable tie-up in the regulated crypto sector.
The combined entity brings Boerse Stuttgart Digital's custody arm together with Tradias' trading operations, with a joint management team now in place.
What the deal assembles Boerse Stuttgart Digital has been building regulated custody infrastructure on the European side of the market. Tradias has operated as an institutional crypto trading desk.
