Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) has reported holdings of 5.78 million ETH, with total crypto and liquid assets reaching $11.5 billion, a position that represents 4.8% of the 120.7 million ETH in circulation.
The Alchemy of 5% program and where it stands Bitmine built this position under a self-named acquisition strategy it calls the "Alchemy of 5%," a program targeting control of 5% of ETH's total supply.
Twelve months in, the company says it has reached 96% of that goal. The remaining runway to the threshold is short.
