Bitmine Immersion reaches 5.77 million ETH as concentration play nears five-percent threshold

Institutional accumulation of Ether has reached a new reference point in the sector-wide debate over digital-asset treasury strategies.

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) disclosed holdings of 5.77 million ETH, equal to 4.8 percent of the 120.7 million tokens in total circulation, with combined cryptocurrency and liquidity assets totaling $11.3 billion.

Closing in on a self-set ceiling The company framed the milestone against an internal program it calls "Alchemy of 5%," a target to own five percent of outstanding ETH supply.

Twelve months in, Bitmine says it stands at 96 percent of that objective. The pace is the more telling figure.
