Professional services consolidation is accelerating across North America, with integrated advisory firms competing to serve multinationals that need tax, legal and consulting support under one engagement.
Against that backdrop, Andersen Group has agreed to acquire Andersen Mexico alongside five US-based Andersen Consulting firms, deals the company says will add approximately $34.5m in annualised revenue.
The six transactions are expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, taking total annualised revenue from acquisitions since Andersen's first-quarter update to roughly $67m.
