AI search visibility becomes the new marketing front for South Florida's luxury condo market

The shift of buyer discovery toward AI answer engines has produced its first formal index for South Florida's luxury residential market.

HL Real Estate Group, the parent of Haute Living, and 5W AI Communications launched the benchmark on July 21, 2026.

Named the South Florida Luxury Real Estate AI Visibility Index, it tracks how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews describe the region's top new luxury developments each month.

Cipriani Residences Miami ranked first in the inaugural edition.
